 Process for production of cables :

  1.  Bunching the copper wire as per size.Bunching increases current carrying capacity of wires.
  2. After  bunching wire is pass from nozzle, it check proper size.
  3. Polyvinyl chloride is heated as per color required.
  4. Heated wire passed from water shower for cooling purpose.
  5. Spark test
  6. Coiling the cables
  7. Packaging cables
